So, whenever you see organics, peat, anything like that, it's almost always there just to see if you notice that that's organic material and you're not supposed to build on it. And the whole idea is that as the soil under one section starts to deteriorate and become kind of lousy, well, then this huge, big raft just floats right across the top of it.
