In terms of the actual climate sort of challenges and the comfort that we needed to account for we really are working with a site that's completely open, there's very little shade and it's a very challenging environment because there's not just a lot of heat but there are prevailing winds that we have to accommodate and there's just literally an empty sand field. You can see in this slide here, this is the existing campus for the university and the site that they choose for their teaching hospital is the red rectangle there. This aerial photograph actually shows one of the dormitories being constructed.
