That's why you're making sure that everything in the design up to that point is aligning with the program, it's aligning with the contract, it's aligning with the regulatory environment, so what we're saying there is not only are you aligning with the actual things that we started off, like the program and keeping the client happy and keeping the contract going, but also this building has to fit in to a certain regulatory context, and so we have to make sure and actively test do we meet the zoning code?
