So in that kind of situation, it's possible that you might have a situation where the zoning code or some other similar law, rule that you would have to meet would say, "All right, in these kinds of situations, "a developer would have to pay an impact fee." And that impact fee is something that's meant to cover all of those extra costs that would come from something like that. So you might be a per unit impact fee.
