So usually when we start a project, we do a site analysis, that is the 1st portion of our work to understand where our building is going to be placed, so if we zoom in, so this is a view of our site is right here, behind this bridge and you see that all of that is the property of the Port and a lot of ships are coming to this site and the idea of that building is that all of the people that are working in that building are going to be seeing the activity and the traffic of these ships when they want to bring a new client, they will bring them to this building and show everything that they have available and the extent of the Port, and how they operate, so it's an opportunity also to do marketing for them. There is Ortiz Center, that is a convention center that is, the Port owns that building and we're going to be building next to it. There is cars will be coming from here, and obviously ships are coming from the water.
