My name is Jon Bailey, I'm an Associate Designer and Researcher with HKS Architects located in Dallas. We're currently working on a project behind our Dallas headquarters, called Pacific Plaza Park Pavilion, and that is the project that we will be presenting to you today. The park is actually on an existing surface parking lot. Right now, it houses around 300 vehicles that'll be vacated when the park starts. But there are many public transportation options available, including the DART, which is Dallas' light rail. All four lines run through downtown right next to the site.

It's also connected to the M-Line, which is the trolley that runs and connects downtown to uptown. Several blocks, maybe two blocks away, there's also a large bus stop, that many people travel, from the St. Paul DART stop to the bus station. And so, it's very connected to public transportation options, other than just vehicular transportation.
